 REGISTRATION OPENS TOMORROW!!!

I am so excited about my first Holiday Extravaganza Retreat on October 5th, 2019 from 9:00am – 5:00pm at Holiday Inn in Fairborn, OH. 

Registration will begin on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 7:00am.  Space is limited, so don’t wait to register.  The registration on May 28th is for my customers and Stampin’ Up! demonstrators in my full downline only. 

If you are wondering if you are one of my customers, ask yourself, have I placed an order in person or online in the past year with Joyce?  If the answer is yes, then you are a customer and can register May 28th.  If the answer is no, hurry up and get an order place with me before May 28th so you can register on the first day!  If you’d rather not do that, we’d still love for you to attend if there are still spots available after June 10th.

To register, you MUST email or text me starting Tuesday, May 28th at 7:00am.  You can text me at 937-546-0341 or email me at stampinscraper13@gmail.com   I will then email you back letting you know that you got one of the coveted spots.  Keep in mind that I am going to be working with my daycare, so I may not be able to respond right away, but you will be notified by the end of the day if you got in.  You will then need to send me a check for $30 in the mail right away (I need to have it by June 7th)  If I don’t receive your deposit by the June 7th, your spot will be forfeited and given to someone on the waiting list.

If all spots are not reserved by June 10thst, we will then open registration to all others interested in attending, so feel free to share the news with your friends. 

I will start a waiting list after all the spots have been reserved.  Your spot on the list will be in order of who responded first.  If I have a cancellation the first person on the list will be contacted and will have 3 days to decide if they want to attend.  If I receive no response, then the next person on the list will be notified. 

Spread the word to your family and friends and email on Tuesday, May 28th to get registered.  You snooze – you lose!

HOLIDAY EXTRAVAGANZA

Robin and I will be designing fabulous holiday projects for you to make.  There will be greeting cards, scrapbook pages, gift ideas and 3D projects.   We will have enough projects to keep you busy all day long.  There is no need for you to bring any projects with you. 

Date:   October 5, 2019

Time:  9:00am – 5:00pm

              Hotel room check in is any time after 3:00pm and check out is 12:00pm

Payment Options: 

  • Receive a special gift from me at the retreat when you pay in full ($125) when you register
  • Make ON TIME monthly payments as follows

Deposit of $30 by June 7th, $47.50 by July 1st, $47.50 by August 1st

I really appreciate your ON TIME payments.  I will send out monthly payment reminders.  Please keep in mind, that is a lot of people for me to keep track of and I don’t want to have to pester you for your payment.  

If I don’t receive your payments on time and the total retreat fee paid by August 1st, you will lose your spot. 

Deposits and payments are non-refundable, however, your spot can be transferred to someone else.

What’s Included:

  • All projects are cut and prepped for you
  • Large round tables to work at
  • Handouts with step by step photos of each project

 Here’s the plan:

 We will start at 9:00am – no one will be allowed into the room until 9:00am

Create projects from 9:00am – 12:00pm

Break for lunch around 12:00pm

Create projects from 1:00pm – 5:00pm

I will be creating a Facebook group for this retreat so you can ask questions and I can let you know of any updates.  Once you have reserved your spot, I will add you to the group.  I will have to be friends (on Facebook) with you first, then I can add you to the group.

In order to reserve a spot you must email me at stampinscraper13@gmail.com, or leave a message on my phone via text or voicemail with the time and date that you want to hold a spot.  I must receive your deposit by June 7th for your spot to be held.

I will be working during the day with my little angels, so you may not hear from me until Tuesday night.

Paper Share Time!!!

Welcome to my first paper share!!!  When I opened up the new 2019-2020 annual catalog and saw all the beautiful designer series paper I wanted all of them.  The designer series paper is absolutely gorgeous this year!  I know you are going to want them too. 

So, how do you get all the paper without having to buy a whole packet of each paper?  You can participate in my paper share.  

You will get a total of 78 sheets measuring  6" x 12".  Please note these are 6" x 12", if I was to cut them in 6" x 6" you would be getting 156 sheets.  The reason for the  6" x 12" is because there are some of you that love to scrapbook and I want you to be able to use them on your scrapbook pages.

TIMELINE OF PAPER SHARE:

  • Deadline to RSVP with payment is June 2, 2019.  
  • I will place the order on June 4th
  • Paper Swaps will be ready to pick up or will be mailed mid June.  I will email all of the participants and let you know when it is ready to pick up or it was mailed.  

SPECIAL NOTES ABOUT PAPER SHARE - PLEASE READ BEFORE PARTICIPATING:

  • If there is a back order of any of the papers, this will delay the shipping of the paper.  I will send you an email and let you know the details of the delay.
  • As a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator we are not allowed to cash and carry Designer Series Paper.  If you are expecting delivery immediately, it is not an option.
