Merry Christmas Monday 2019 Week #8

Stampin Up, Stampin' Up!, Merry Christmas Monday, Week #8, Mini Album, Christmas, Let It Snow designer series paper, Snowman Season stamp set, created by Stampin Scrapper, for more cards, gifts, ideas, scrapbooking and 3D projects go to stampinscrapper.com, Joyce Whitman, http://bit.ly/2POCEP3

I wanted to save my favorite project from my Merry Christmas Monday series this year for my last week.  I had made one of these a few years and had totally forgot about it.  Then, Robin, my partner in crime, came across it and said that she wanted one.  That gave me an idea.

I wanted to make her something for all the help she gave me with my Holiday Extravaganza event and this was perfect.  I asked her what her favorite paper was from the 2019 Stampin' Up! holiday catalog and she said the Let It Snow designer series paper.  This paper has since sold out, but you can use any paper that you like.

This is the front of the album.  I used the Snowman Builder punch to punch out the snowman on one of the sheets of paper in the Let It Snow paper pack.  The hat is also punched out from another design.  The Snowman Builder punch is still available.

On the left hand side there are two pockets that you can put things in, or attach them to the pieces of paper I have paper clipped together.

I am not quite sure why it is so skinny.  It might be the way I videoed it.  I already gave this to Robin as a gift, so I couldn't reshoot it.  I hope you get the idea of what I was trying to show you.

In the new year, I will be making a video on how to make this album, using new product from the new Stampin' Up! 2020 Mini catalog and maybe something from the 2020 Sale-A-Bration brochure.

I hope you are enjoying your time getting ready for Christmas and spending time with loved ones.  Have a great day and thank you for stopping in.

I am so excited that Emily will be home tomorrow for 9 days!  For the first time in a long time, all four of us will be off from work for the whole time she is here.  This is also the last time that it will be the four of us together for the holidays.  Next year, we will have a new son-in-law in our family!  Yay!  I am going to take this time and spend it with my family and friends and make a lot of wonderful memories.

I will be sharing with you on Monday my last Merry Christmas Monday project for 2019.  It is my favorite!  I think you are going to like it too.

I will be back in my Stampin Studio on January 2nd.  I will be checking my email and text periodically and will answer them when I can.  You can contact Stampin' Up! directly at 1-800-782-6787 if you need something before I can get back to you.

Enjoy your family and friends and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Last night when I was doing my Facebook live my internet went out.  So I had to start a new one, I continued from where it went out.  I have spent the last couple of hours trying to figure out how to combine them, which I did, but it won't down load correctly to my computer and YouTube.   So it is in two parts.

Thank you for stopping by today!  I hope you have a great week!

Stampin Up, Stampin' Up!, Merry Christmas Monday, Christmas, Ornament, Colorful Seasons stamp set, created by Stampin Scrapper, for more cards, gifts, ideas, scrapbooking or 3D projects, go to stampinscrapper.com, Joyce Whitman

I have an ornament exchange tomorrow night for my Bunco group and was trying to figure out what type of ornament to get.  Do I get one that has to do with Bunco, friendship (they are all my friends), snowman (we all know how much I love snowmen) or something else.  I started looking around my stampin studio to get inspiration and saw some Christmas ornaments that I had made a long time ago.  Light bulb went off - I need to make it!  I wanted to do something different though.

I went online and looked at a lot of different ornaments made with Stampin' Up! products.  If finally decided I wanted to try and make the above ornament.  To look at it, it looks hard to make.  It is not hard at all.  You will only use one sheet of 6" x 6" designer series paper and stamp one image - the snowflake.

You will cut on the score line from the side to the score line at 2 1/2".  Two of the sections (see above picture) are too long to fold together, so you need to trim them 1/4".  Then your box will fold nicely together.

For the lid you will cut on the score lines from the outside edge up to the 1" score line (where it says cut).  This will create the tabs for you to add adhesive and fold together to create the lid.

12.03.19_SHAREABLE1_YearEndCloseout_NASP

It is time for the Stampin' Up! Year-End Closeout Sale!   This years holiday catalog is amazing and there are some products that have been so popular that they already sold out.  Stampin' Up! has heard all of you and is doing something new this year.  They are going to carry over some of the products over so that you can continue to order.  Stampin' Up! is also trying something new this time, they are going to carry over some other products, but you can't order them until next year's holiday catalog comes out.

I know this is a little confusing.  Check out each section below and I will explain each section so it is easier to understand.  I apologize for the long email.  I couldn't figure out a way to show you everything that is going on.  It was confusing to me in the beginning, but now it makes sense.

Click on any of the pictures or buttons and it will take you to my online store or for the Close Out or Carry Over List.

If you have any questions on any of this, please let me know.

What a wonderful Thanksgiving week our family had.  It was so nice having Emily and Jeff here for the whole week.

While they were here they asked, the Grand Randall's (our adopted grandchildren) to be in their wedding.

IMG_9671Emily had made them a box with goodies and a note to each one of them.  They were so excited.

We didn't take very many pictures while they were here as I had major dental work done on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  Needless to say I wasn't feeling the greatest and my face was swollen from all the work.  It was a little weird that I didn't make the Thanksgiving dinner.  Mr. Wonderful, Emily and Erica were awesome and made dinner for everyone.   I did make the pies though.

Thank you for stopping by today!  I hope you have a terrific week!
