I wanted to save my favorite project from my Merry Christmas Monday series this year for my last week.  I had made one of these a few years and had totally forgot about it.  Then, Robin, my partner in crime, came across it and said that she wanted one.  That gave me an idea.  

I wanted to make her something for all the help she gave me with my Holiday Extravaganza event and this was perfect.  I asked her what her favorite paper was from the 2019 Stampin' Up! holiday catalog and she said the Let It Snow designer series paper.  This paper has since sold out, but you can use any paper that you like.  

This is the front of the album.  I used the Snowman Builder punch to punch out the snowman on one of the sheets of paper in the Let It Snow paper pack.  The hat is also punched out from another design.  The Snowman Builder punch is still available.  

On the left hand side there are two pockets that you can put things in, or attach them to the pieces of paper I have paper clipped together. 

On the right hand side I have the photo section.  Each flap opens up so that you can add pictures or mementos that you have. 

I have made a little video to show you more of how it is designed.  I thought it would be easier to show you than trying to explain it.  

I am not quite sure why it is so skinny.  It might be the way I videoed it.  I already gave this to Robin as a gift, so I couldn't reshoot it.  I hope you get the idea of what I was trying to show you.

In the new year, I will be making a video on how to make this album, using new product from the new Stampin' Up! 2020 Mini catalog and maybe something from the 2020 Sale-A-Bration brochure.

Stampin Scrapper Product Share

It is that time of year when a lot of gift cards are purchased.  I am definitely one of the people buying them.  However, I want to put them in a pretty gift card holder.  So, I have designed for four of them and one of them is designed by the very talented Dawn Griffith.  

This gift card holder is very easy to make and is a great way to use up scraps of paper you have.  I used the Lots of Cheer stamp set and Feels Like Frost specialty designer series paper.   The designer paper is sold out right now, but it will be available again in the holiday 2020 catalog.  The stamp set is in the annual catalog.

• cut at 3 1/2" x 8 1/2" score at 2" and 6"
• cut at 1 3/4" x 2 3/4"

Whisper White

On this holder I used the Let It Snow designer series paper and Snowman Season stamp set.  The designer series paper has already sold out, but the stamp set is still available.

This gift card holder was the one I received from Dawn Griffith as a swap.  It is another one that is easy to make.  The Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set is going to be carried over, so you will be able to still order it in the new year.  The Brightly Gleaming specialty designer paper is unavailable until the 2020 Holiday catalog.

This gift card holder is made from an envelope.  Yes, an envelope!  I used the Christmas Gleaming stamp set, which is still going to be available in 2020.  I also used the Brightly Gleaming Specialty designer series paper, which will be available in the holiday 2020 catalog.  You will need a Very Vanilla envelope.

I have seen explosion boxes online and have been wanting to make one for a long time.   I was online and saw this box, created by Liz Yuille, and knew I wanted to make it for one of my Merry Christmas Monday projects.

To make this project you will need the following paper.  For a complete list of all the products I used, please see the end of this post.

What a wonderful Thanksgiving week our family had.  It was so nice having Emily and Jeff here for the whole week. 

  While they were here they asked, the Grand Randall's (our adopted grandchildren) to be in their wedding.  

Emily had made them a box with goodies and a note to each one of them.  They were so excited.  

We didn't take very many pictures while they were here as I had major dental work done on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  Needless to say I wasn't feeling the greatest and my face was swollen from all the work.  It was a little weird that I didn't make the Thanksgiving dinner.  Mr. Wonderful, Emily and Erica were awesome and made dinner for everyone.   I did make the pies though.

Welcome to Merry Christmas Monday!  Today I am sharing with you the gifts I made for my roommates at the Stampin' Up! OnStage over the weekend.  I was with 1330 other fun and excited demonstrators in Lansing, Michigan.  We had such a great time.  I miss my friends, old and new, already.

I always make a gift for my roommate, Robin, and my friends Beth, Carla and Cathy.  We are the Stampin Babes!  I am so thankful for Stampin' Up!  If I was not a part of this wonderful company I would have never met my best friends!  You won't believe though what I forgot to do!  Take pictures.  On our way home yesterday, we realized we didn't take any pictures of us together.  I don't know what we were thinking.  Grr.  I think we were too busy enjoying being together.

Gift Bags Made With Designer Series Paper

I have been meaning to create a holder for my friend, Anna Maria, that sells Avon, for the small hand lotions.  I thought this was the perfect time, since I wanted to create a Winter Survival Kit.  The measurements for this holder are:

• Cut a piece of designer series paper to 5 1/2" x 6 1/2"
• On 6 1/2" side score at 1 1/4"
• On 5 1/2" side score at 1 1/4" up to score line you made above, 2 1/2", 3 3/4" up to score line you made above and 5"

I found these adorable snowman car coaster at Hobby Lobby.  It had a snowman on it, so of course, I had to buy them.  The measurements for this holder are:

When my friends come to my classes, they always have a little thank you gift waiting for them at their seat.  I made this treat holder for one of my classes last month.  Sam Donaldson, a fellow demonstrator, shared this cute little box online.  

This treat holder will hold 3 of the bite size Hershey candies.  I stamped the trees in the Perfectly Plaid stamp set in the Stampin' Up! 2019 holiday catalog.  I love punches, so I was really excited when I saw there was a coordinating punch with this stamp set.  You can get both of them as a bundle and save 10%!  Yay!

Welcome to my first Merry Christmas Monday series!  Christmas is my favorite holiday, so I am really excited to share with you different projects for this holiday season.  

The first project I have for you is a Hershey Kiss gift card holder.  I saw one of these on Pinterest and thought it was so cute.  Of course, I had to make one and use a snowman on it.  LOL  

When we were at Lowe's this weekend I saw a wreath that had the same colors I used on this project.  At first I didn't care for it, but then as I looked at it, I started to really like it.  Who says Christmas has to be red and green only.
