Painted Harvest Class

Last week I had my first Zoom class and it was so much fun! I had my Painted Harvest class where we made 5 different projects using the Painted Harvest stamp set, which each of the participants received with the class. When I designed this class, it was suppose to be held in my studio. I did use a lot of different colors, which is no big deal, when I have the class in person. I contacted all of the attendees to see what colors they had and changed the colors to match theirs.

I saw this card on Pinterest, I can't remember who created it, and loved how the Whisper White paper was cut at an unusual angle. I used Crumb Cake and Mossy Meadow for this card. The designer series paper is the Magnolia Lane. I added one of the leaves from the Leaves Trinkets and Linen Thread. Here is a template of how I cut it.

For this card I used Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry. Old Olive and Soft Suede. The Whisper White was embossed with the Layering Leaves embossing folder. For the flower I punched it out with the Starburst punch and layered it with a piece of Cajun Craze punched out with the 2 1/4" circle punch. I haven't used the Braided Burlap Trim lately, I am not sure why, so I thought I would dust it off and use it. The Starburst punch, Layered Leaves embossing folder and Braided Burlap Trim are all retiring.

I love the colors in the flowers on this card. I used Daffodil Delight, Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie and Soft Suede. The designer series paper is from the Neutrals 6" x 6" paper pack. I also used the Leaf punch and Braided Burlap Trim.

I bet this card looks familiar! Yes, it is the same card as the one I put on my blog on Wednesday, but with Night of Navy. I made this card first and realized that it would be perfect for my blog hop. I changed the color to Blueberry Bushel, which is so pretty too. On this card I used the Night of Navy, Seaside Spray and Smoky Slate. I punched out the sentiment with the Pretty Label Punch and finished it off with the Whisper White Baker's Twine. Both of these products are retiring along with the Layered Leaves embossing folder.

My final project was the made with the Kraft Pillow Box, which is retiring. I colors I used are Crumb Cake and Rich Razzleberry. I made a triple loop bow with the Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding ribbon. The flowers were fussy cut with the best scissors every, Paper Snips! They also work great when you have to cut your husband's hair. LOL

It's Friday!!! Today is the last day of home schooling! I have to say it has gone much better than I thought it would. I am ready for our summer schedule though.
