Masculine Waterfront and Perennial Birthday Card
02/21/2020
At my Stamp A Stack class one of the cards the attendees made was this masculine card. I used the Waterfront and Perennial Birthday stamp sets, both from the Stampin' Up! annual catalog.
To make this project you will need the following paper. For a complete list of all the products I used, please see the end of this post.
Cardstock:
Night of Navy
- cut at 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" score at 4 1/4"
- cut at 4 1/4" x 5 1/2
- cut at 2 3/4" x 2 3/4"
Soft Suede
- cut at 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" cut on a diagonal
Crumb Cake
- cut at 2 3/4" x 2 3/4"
Very Vanilla
- cut at 4" x 5 1/4"
I adhered the diagonal piece of Soft Suede cardstock on top of the Night of Navy piece and then embossed it with the Pinewood Planks embossing folder. I cut out the Crumb Cake circle using the Layering Circle dies and then stamped it. It is totally different than what I usually say to do. The reason is, that it is easier to see where you need to stamp the images.
It's Friday! I am so excited to be heading to Texas this morning. I am, however, not excited that I had to leave for the airport at 3:30am this morning. I just might have to take a nap sometime today.
Have a fantastic Friday and weekend. Thank you so much for stopping by today. I really appreciate it.
Happy Stampin and
