To make this card you will need the following paper.  For a complete list of all the products I used, please see the end of this post.

Cardstock:

Vellum

  • cut at 4" x 5 1/4"

That paper is so beautiful. L like the way you added the vellum to soften it and the little bit of bling is great.

Judi Anderson

Love the use of black, it makes the designer series paper stand out. Bling is always a nice touch.

Sharon Hashimoto Burkert

Great idea to use vellum over the DSP. Lovely card!

Loni Spendlove

The vellum mutes the colors, while the black swirl pops off your card with a birthday greeting: Simply splendid!

Cynthia McQueen

Softening the rich colors with vellum is quite nice.

Cheryl Hamilton

Pretty card! I love the black cutout from the Painted Labels Dies! That's going on my Wish List!

Joyce Whitman

Thank you everyone for your kind comments! I really appreciate them!

Tricia Butts

Simply beautiful card. I love how the vellum softens the background. It really makes the sentiment pop.

Joyce Whitman

Thank you Tricia
