Facebook Live - No Template, No Problem!
10/23/2019
One of the projects we made for our attendees at Holiday Extravaganza was a little treat box with chocolates in them. This was their thank you gift for coming to our event. Carol, a team member of my Joyful Butterflies team, told me she wanted to learn how to make it.
Treat Box Attendees Received
I thought, perfect, I will do it on my Facebook live. As I was beginning to prep for it, I realized I couldn't find the template. I didn't want to take it apart the treat holder to figure it out, so I got out my ruler and began creating a template. Then it dawned on me, I need to show you how I did that. How many times have you wanted to make something that you had, but you had no template for it.
At the beginning of the video I show you how to recreate the template and then how to make the treat box.
The box on the left is the treat box I made on the video.
To make this project you will need the following paper. For a complete list of all the products I used, please see the end of this post.
Cardstock:
Night Of Navy
- cut at 6 1/4" x 8"
- on 6 1/4" side score at 1" and 5 1/4"
- on 8" side score at 1/2", 1 1/2", 4 1/4" and 5 1/4"
- scrap for 1 1/2" circle
Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper
- cut at 2 1/2" x 4"
- scrap for sentiment
Here is the template for the treat box.
The Pressed Petals Specialty designer series paper is so pretty. I think my favorite design is the one I used on this treat box.
