Facebook Live - Gather Together Retiform Technique
10/16/2019
On Monday night on my Facebook live, I showed how to do the Retiform Technique. I made one of these cards a couple years ago when I was on the Stampin' Up! Creative Crew Design Team on Splitcoaststampers. If you haven't seen that post, check it out at SCS Creative Crew September 2017.
This is the card that I created on my Facebook live. I used the Gather Together, To Every Season and Colorful Seasons stamp sets. I wanted to use fall stamps, so I looked through my stamps and found them in three of my sets.
Would you like to try out this technique? I have the video I made on Monday night for you to see how it is done.
To make this project, you will need the following products:
Cardstock:
Early Espresso
- cut at 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" score at 4 1/4"
Whisper White
- cut 2 at 4" x 5 1/4"
I used the following inks for this project:
- Cajun Craze
- Cherry Cobbler
- Crumb Cake
- Crushed Curry
- Early Espresso
- Mossy Meadow
- Pumpkin Pie
The card on the left is the one I made during my Facebook live and the one on the right is the one I made before taping.
One thing that you want to make sure if you are going to try this technique, you need to have post it notes or post it note tape. You want something you can take off and move that won't rip your paper.
Thank you for stopping by today! Stop back on Friday to see my latest project for my Fall Friday series.
Happy Stampin and
