Harvest Hellos
09/25/2019
At my Stamp Camp classes I pick one stamp set as my focal point. Last week I used the Harvest Hellos stamp set from the Stampin' Up! holiday catalog. I really like this set as you can make pumpkins or apples (perfect for Fall) and it has a coordinating punch. I love punches, so I was really excited about this bundle. Since the stamp set and punch are a bundle, when you order them (you must you the bundle item number) you save 10%!
To make this card you will need the following paper. For a complete list of all the products I used, please see the end of this post.
Cardstock:
Pretty Peacock:
- cut at 4 1/4" x 11" score at 5 1/2"
- cut from the piece above at 2 3/4" x 4 1/4"
- scrap for stem
Terracotta Tile
- scraps for two leaves
Whisper White
- cut at 2 1/2" x 4"
- cut at 4" x 5 1/4"
Come To Gather Designer Series Paper
- cut at 2 1/2" x 4"
- scrap for the pumpkin
When you cut your Pretty Peacock cardstock, cut at 4 1/4" x 11". Then on the 11" side cut off 2 3/4" and that will give you the piece you need for the front of the card.
I stamped the sentiment and leaves with Terracotta Tile ink and fussy cut the leaves with my Paper Snips. I stamped the pumpkin image on the designer series paper with Pretty Peacock ink. The pumpkin is popped with Stampin Dimensionals and a a triple bow made with Linen Thread finished it off. The embellishment at the top of the page is one of the 2019-2020 In Color Faceted Gems.
On my envelope I stamped the leaf with Terracotta Tile ink. Don't send out a naked envelope, decorate it!
Come back on Friday and I will show you another card made with the Harvest Hellos stamp set and punch. This time I will be making an apple card. See you on Friday!
Thank you for stopping in today! I hope you have a fabulous day!
Happy Stampin and
