When you hear the name, Healing Hugs, for a stamp set you wouldn't think of using it for a birthday card. But I did! That is one of many things that I love about Stampin' Up! products. You can use them in so many different ways and they coordinate with so many different products.
I am not quite sure why the cardstock on this picture is so dark. I used Blackberry Bliss, but it looks black for some reason. On Monday night I did a Facebook Live on how to make this card that I saw on Pinterest. I don't remember who made it, and I can't find it back. Thank you who ever did and for sharing it.
To make this card you will need the following paper. For a complete list of all the products I used, please see the end of this post.
- cut at 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" score at 4 1/4"
- cut at 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
- cut at 2 1/2" x 7" for the flower and leaves
Here is the video that I did about how to make this card. I also show you the other two cards I made with the same stamp set.
I added pearls to the piece of cardstock that is embossed with the Tufted embossing folder. They really make this card look elegant.
I added Wink of Stella to the flower and the leaves to give them a little bit of bling.
It's Friday!!! I am excited for the weekend. Robin and I are going to be working on creating projects for my Holiday Extravaganza. Do you have plans for this weekend? Have a wonderful weekend!
Happy Stampin and
