You are not going to want to miss this extravaganza! We are going to have so much fun!! I can't wait. I get excited just thinking about it. I am happy to say, response has been great so far. I do have a few spots still open for my Holiday Extravaganza on Saturday, October 5th from 9:00am - 5:00pm. I would love to have you join us!
To register, you MUST email or text me starting Monday, June 10th at 7:00am. You can text me at 937-546-0341 or email me at email@example.com I will then email you back letting you know that you got one of the coveted spots. Keep in mind that I am going to be working with my daycare, so I may not be able to respond right away, but you will be notified by the end of the day if you got in. You will then need to send me a check for $30 in the mail right away (I need to have it within 10 days of you registering). If I don’t receive your deposit by the end of the 10th day, your spot will be forfeited and given to someone on the waiting list. If you are registering after June 30th your deposit must be $77.50 (this is deposit and first payment).

I will start a waiting list after all the spots have been reserved. Your spot on the list will be in order of who responded first. If I have a cancellation the first person on the list will be contacted and will have 3 days to decide if they want to attend. If I receive no response, then the next person on the list will be notified.
Spread the word to your family and friends and email on Monday, June 10th to get registered. You snooze – you lose!
DETAILS OF STAMPIN SCRAPPER’S
Robin and I will be designing fabulous holiday projects for you to make. There will be greeting cards, scrapbook pages, gift ideas and 3D projects. We will have enough projects to keep you busy all day long. There is no need for you to bring any projects with you.

I really appreciate your ON TIME payments. I will send out monthly payment reminders. Please keep in mind, that is a lot of people for me to keep track of and I don’t want to have to pester you for your payment.
If I don’t receive your payments on time and the total retreat fee paid by August 1st, you will lose your spot.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable, however, your spot can be transferred to someone else.

Here’s the plan:
We will start at 9:00am – no one will be allowed into the room until 9:00am
Create projects from 9:00am – 12:00pm
Break for lunch around 12:00pm
Create projects from 1:00pm – 5:00pm
I will be creating a Facebook group for this retreat so you can ask questions and I can let you know of any updates. Once you have reserved your spot, I will add you to the group. I will have to be friends (on Facebook) with you first, then I can add you to the group.
In order to reserve a spot you must email me at email@example.com, or leave a message on my phone via text or voicemail with the time and date that you want to hold a spot.
