Masculine Thank You Card
03/06/2019
Erica's boyfriend, Nick, needed some thank you cards and asked me to make some for him. I saw this card on Pinterest, created by BJ Peters, and thought it would be perfect. Thank you BJ for sharing your beautiful card.
I love how simple this card was to make and how it looks. Nick was very pleased with the end result and that is all that matters.
To make this card you will need the following paper. For a complete list of all the products I used, please see the end of this post.
Cardstock:
Crumb Cake
- cut at 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" score at 4 1/4"
Black
- cut at 3 1/2" x 4 3/4"
Whisper White
- cut at 3 1/4" 4 1/2"
Tranquil Textures Designer Series Paper
- cut at 3" x 4 1/4"
Here is the Facebook Live that I did on how to make this card.
As you can see this is a very easy card to make. You could change it to a birthday card by using the Happy Birthday thinlits instead of the Thank You.

Last weekend I went to the Stampin Sisters Retreat in Rockford IL. We had such a great time. I went with two of my good friends, Beth and Mary. This was Mary's first time and she loved it too! We are definitely going back again next year. Actually, I loved it so much that I am going to be having my first retreat in September. It will be a one day retreat, I want to work up to a weekend retreat, that is going to be packed with fun projects and goodies. Watch out for more details.
This is a picture of all of us. There were 95 of us!
This is a picture of my tablemates, Beth, Mary, myself and Kim. It was so wonderful meeting Kim and spending time with her.
When Beth and I went last year, Margie and Maxine were our tablemates. They are so fun and loved seeing them again. We were lucky to have them sititing at the table next to us. So, we still got to spend some time with them.
This is a good picture of Mary and I. We took so many, because we couldn't stop laughing. We had the same shirt, this was planned, and the same glasses. That was not planned!
I love this picture of us! We were laughing so hard that I had tears in my eyes.
Here is a picture of Beth and I on the last day. It was so wonderful spending time with her, she lives almost 10 hours from me. I am hoping to see her again soon.
Thank you for stopping by today! I hope you have a fabulous Wednesday!

Susan, I am going to have to do one with a feminine theme. I have had my shirt for about 7 months and have been waiting to wear it.
