I have been wanting to make one of these signs for a while and when a customer asked me to do a class on it, I said, "Absolutely"!   I held the class last weekend and it was a huge hit!  It was so popular that I am offering it again.  I will let you know that I did use some retired product in this project.

I bought the frame at Michael's and it is the perfect size (6" x 12").  Some of the ladies did it the direction I did and some made it the horizontal direction.  Both of them came out so cute!

For the backing on the sign I used Whisper White thick cardstock.  Above picture shows how to mark it.

Here are pictures of each of the designs.

I want to apologize for the delay in getting my blog post out today.  I was already to edit my pictures and realized the background I used for the individual months was too distracting and the lighting was awful.  So, I had to wait until this morning to take new pictures.  Then I had to wait until nap time so I could edit and get them added to my post.  These littles ones just didn't want to get their picture taken today.  LOL Thank you for your patience.

I really appreciate you taking time out of your day and stopping by today!

Joyce, Thank You for sharing this. I would like to get started on my HOME frame "o"'s before I actually have my frame. Can you share with me which size of ovals you used to make the "o"'s ? this is great. thanks again for sharing!

Joyce Whitman

Hi Cassy! Sorry for the delay in answering you. I was at the Stampin' Up! Onstage when you posted and just had a chance to look at comments on my blog post. I used the 1 1/2" oval (the widest part of the oval if it is vertical) for the top oval. Then the next size down for the scalloped oval.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.
