Do you need a fast gift box for a small gift? Do you want to really impress the recipient of your gift? I have the perfect solution for you! You can emboss on the Copper Tea Tins in the annual catalog!
They are the perfect size for a small gift, a piece of jewelry, a gift card or to put little treats in. I created more of these, with different designs, for some treats I was giving to friends and they were a big hit. I forgot to take a picture of them before I gave them out. One nice thing about these tins is, you can use these for any occasion, it doesn't have to be just for Christmas.
The first thing I did was use my Embossing Buddy and rubbed it all over the front of the tin. I needed to make sure I got all the static off of it. I then stamped it with Versa Mark and added white embossing powder. I heated it with the Heat Tool, but be careful as the tin can get hot. Once I had the embossing done, I used my Stampin Write Markers to color is some of the image.
To finish it off, I added the bow using the 5/8" Striped Burlap Trim. I attached it with glue dots (I used about 3-4 of them). I am thinking of ordering more of these tins and have them already stamped and ready to go to have on hand.
I hope you have enjoyed all of the Christmas projects that I have shared with you this season. It has been so much fun creating them!
Emily is on her way home this morning!!! I can't wait to see her! I am going to be taking next week off to spend with my family and relax. I hope you will be able to have time with your family and get to enjoy this beautiful time of the year. I have some things to share with you, so check back on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Have a great weekend and thank you for taking time to stop by!
