I had a friend who asked me for a holder for the Hershey nuggets. I wanted something different than my usual one that I have made so many times before. I love the design, but wanted to do something totally different. This time I covered the nuggets with designer series paper and put them inside the 3" x 6" gusseted cellophane bags.
I used 1" x 3" pieces of the Santa's Workshop speciality designer series paper to wrap the nuggets. I then used a 4" x 8" piece of the paper with the snowmen on it. I wrapped the nuggets with this piece of paper and tied a ribbon around it using the 3/8" Cotton Ribbon in Real Red.
I stamped the snowman from the Spirited Snowmen stamp set on Whisper White cardstock and colored with Stampin Write markers. The colors I used are Balmy Blue, Pumpkin Pie, Real Red and Soft Suede. I cut him out using the Layering Circle framelits . The scalloped circle and sprigs are cut from Garden Green cardstock.
To make this project you will need the following paper. For a complete list of all the products I used, please see the end of this post.
- cut at 2 3/4" x 4 1/4" for circle and sprig
- cut at 2 3/4" x 2 3/4"
Santa's Workshop Specialty Designer series Paper
- cut 6 at 1" x 3"
- cut at 4" x 12"
To finish off the snowman I added 3 of the Red Rhinestones to his buttons and added Wink of Stella to his body.
This little guy is so cute!!! I just love him!
