Fall Friday Week #6
10/12/2018
Last night I had our team meeting with my Joyful Butterflies, which was a lot of fun! At our meetings we do a swap (exchange cards with each other) and our theme was grateful. This is my card that I made using the Painted Harvest stamp set. It is a fast and easy card that has the feeling of fall and gratitude.
I used the colors of Crushed Curry, Cajun Craze and Soft Suede for the flowers and Old Olive for the leaves. The sentiment is stamped with Soft Suede and cut out using the Stitched Shapes framelits. The mat for the sentiment was made using Old Olive cardstock and Layering Oval Framelits.
To make this card you will need the following paper. For a complete list of all the products I used, please see the end of this post.
Cardstock:
Old Olive
- cut at 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" score at 4 1/4"
- cut at 1 3/4" x 2 3/4"
Whisper White
- cut at 1 3/4" x 2 3/4"
- cut 2 at 4" x 5 1/4"
Today it finally feels like fall. The temperatures are cool and the leaves are starting to change. I love it!
It's Friday or should I say Friyay!!! Do you have any fun plans for the weekend? I am going to go see Disney on Ice tomorrow. I heard it is very good, so I can't wait to see it. We went to get dinner last night before my meeting and there were a lot of little girls all dressed up in their princesses dresses. They were so cute!
Thank you so much for taking the time to stop in today. I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
