Fall Friday Week #5
10/05/2018
Every time I go to Target I always check out the candy section to see if there is anything new that I could use for one of my projects. When I went the other day I found these Caramel Apple Pops in different flavors. I have always loved the green apple and caramel flavored ones that have been around for years. These are different as they come in golden delicious, green apple and red macintosh. I have to say they are delicious!
I was thinking about what I could make for the daycare kids and for the grand Randall's to take to school for their Halloween parties. I made a cover like this one last year and thought it would be perfect for this year too. If you missed the post from last year you can click on Fall Friday 2017 Week #4 to see it.
To make this card you will need the following paper. For a complete list of all the products I used, please see the end of this post.
Toil and Trouble Designer Series Paper
- cut at 2 1/2" 6 1/4" score at 3" and 3 1/4"
Whisper White
- scraps for pumpkin and sentiment
The hat was cut out from the Toil and Trouble desinger series paper using the Cauldron framelits. The pumpkin is from the Seasonal Chums stamp set and colored using our new blends in Crumb Cake, Granny Apple Green, Mango Melody and Pumpkin Pie. I also used the blends to color the pearls on the sentiment. I love finding new ways to use our products.
Today it definitely feels like a fall day outside, cool and cloudy. Tomorrow, however, is suppose to feel like summer, high's for the next 5 days in the mid 80's. This weather is crazy. Thank you for stopping by today! I hope you have a fantastic weekend!
