What To Do With Scraps card #3

stampin up, Stampin' Up! Avant Garden #143272, Floral Phrases #141767, Floral Boutique DSP #141663, Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits #142749, created by Stampin Scrapper, for more cards, gifts, ideas, scrapbooking and 3D projects go to stampinscrapper.com

This is the third card from my class and it has my two of my favorite products on it.  I love the Floral Boutique Designer Series Paper, which all of you know, and the dragonfly from the Detailed Dragonfly thinlits.    I put a little bling on the dragonfly with Wink of Stella clear. I tried to get a picture, but it just wasnt't showing up.  Trust me, it is so pretty.

To make this card you will need the following products:

Night of Navy Card Stock #100867

  • cut at 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" score at 4 1/4"
  • cut at 2 3/4" x 3 1/2"

Pink Pirouette Card Stock #111351

  • cut at 3 3/4" x 3 3/4"
  • cut at 2 3/4" x 3 1/2"

Whisper White Card Stock #100730

  • cut 2 at 4" x 5 1/4"

Floral Boutique Designer Series Paper #141663

  • cut at 1" x 1 1/2"
  • cut at 2 1/2" x 1 1/2"
  • cut at 1 1/2" x 2"
  • cut at 2" x 2"

I have a tip for you as you adhere your designer series paper.  Lightly lay your small pieces on the Pink Pirouette square and make sure they are where you want them.  Then press them into place.  This is a lot easier than having to try and remove and reposition them.

On the inside of the card, sorry I forgot to take a picture, I used the long stamp from the stamp set Floral Phrases and stamped it on the bottom of the white piece of cardstock.  I also used it on the envelope, but I did it on the side as it was not long enough to go all the way across the bottom.

Last night I had my stamp camp, I love spending time with my friends.  I am so blessed to have customers who have become my good friends.

Have a fabulous day!

I love this. It's clean and simple but pretty and a great use for scraps! Thank you for the dimensions and cuts--I'll be CASing this one. (I know I"ve said that before but you make it so easy to create cards--and I'm into the easy with my limited time!)

You can't give me a better compliment than telling me you are going to CASE my cards. One of these days I will do videos on my cards. I know I get frustrated when I want to make a card designed by someone else and they don't give the measurements. I am trying to put everything in my blog that I would like to see.

Thank you for your kind comments

This is great; TFS! Very pretty card, too!

Yes, I'm reading the above comments! I too, always appreciate when others add all the dimensions and details, and also try to do the same. You are great just for doing that, and then for the inspiration you provide. I thank you from the bottom of my heart!! :)

Thank you Donna! I am so happy that you liked my card and the information on how to make it. I love that I am inspiring you to create too. Have a great day!
