Flowering Fields Triple Fold Card
03/25/2016
This is another card that I have been wanting to do for a long time. I received a card like this from a swap I did last year. I thought it was going to take me forever to figure out how to do it, but I was wrong. The only thing that took time is figuring out the angles of the paper. Once I did that it was pretty simple.
This is what it looks like open
To make this card you are going to need the following cardstock cut at these measurements:
Whisper White Thick Cardstock #140272
- 6" x 10" score at 4", 6" and 8" - you will need 2 of these
- 3 1/2" x 4"
- 2 1/2" x 4" - this is for the label on the band
- 1 1/2" x 10" - this is for the band
To make it easier on myself I numbered the panels from left to right #1, #2, and #3 (#3 will be the largest of the panels),
Panel #1 - 1 3/4" x 2 3/4" you will need 4 of these. 2 in Blackberry Bliss and 2 in Wildflower Fields DSP
Panel #2 - 1 3/4" xx 4 1/8" you will need 2 of these in the Wildflower Fields DSP
Panel #3 - 1 3/4" x 5 1/2" you will need 4 of these. 2 in Blackberry Bliss and 2 in Wildflower Fields DSP
Blackberry Bliss Cardstock #133675
- 3 3/4" x 4 1/4"
- 2 1/2" x 4" - this is to cut out the label on the band
Wildflower Fields DSP (Sale-A-Bration)
- 3/4" x 4 1/4"
- 1 1/2" x 4 1/4"
I stamped the Blackberry Bliss paper with Petite Petals stamp set #133155 with Blackberry Bliss ink. I used markers lost lagoon, calypso coral and old olive to color in the flowers.
Here is a picture trying to show you what the blackberry bliss paper looked like stamped.
I hope you can see it. The card needed a little something when I was making it and now it looks so pretty.
I had a lot of fun designing this card and hope you enjoy it. If you have any questions, please let me know.
Happy Stampin!
Joyce
